Chelsea have reportedly made a fresh offer for young Belgian winger Kevin De Bruyne.
The Blues previously attempted to sign the 19-year-old for £5.3 million but the bid was promptly rejected by Genk. Now the offer has been increased to £9 million, according to the Metro.
Roman Abramovich is also keen to sign Romelu Lukaku from Anderlecht in a package deal that would see De Bruyne immediately loaned to them for two years.
The pair are two of the mogul's key targets in an expensive summer spending spree to revitalise the Chelsea squad.
