Chelsea have reportedly informed interested clubs that they will have to come up with an offer of £45m to convince the Blues to sell Michy Batshuayi during this month's transfer window.
The 26-year-old has not started a single Premier League match this season and has not been involved in any of their last four matches in England's top flight amid talk of a potential exit.
Crystal Palace and Aston Villa have both been credited with an interest in the forward, who has managed five goals during the 2019-20 campaign despite a lack of regular action.
However, according to The Sun, Frank Lampard's side will not consider selling the Belgium international before the end of the month unless their £45m valuation is met.
The report also claims that Chelsea have no interest in loaning Batshuayi out once again, particularly considering that Olivier Giroud is expected to move on before the end of the month.
The Blues continue to be linked with a number of players in the final third of the field having had their transfer ban reduced on appeal, meaning that they are free to make new signings in the current window.
