Chelsea looking to sign Dutch youngster Ian Maatsen?

Chelsea have reportedly identified PSV Eindhoven defender Ian Maatsen as a potential signing for the summer transfer window.

Doubts remain over the future of head coach Antonio Conte, but Chelsea appear to be in the market for new players ahead of next season.

According to Football.London, Chelsea are in talks to sign Maatsen and expect to bring in the 16-year-old in the coming weeks.

Maatsen is very much regarded as one for the future at Stamford Bridge and if a deal is completed, the teenager will link up with the Blues' Under-18 squad.

The Dutchman - who is regular for his nation's Under-16 side - can play at centre-back, left-back and in central midfield.
