Chelsea reportedly insist on receiving a fee of over £100m if they are to sell Eden Hazard during the summer transfer window.

Chelsea have reportedly decided to demand in excess of £100m for winger Eden Hazard.

The Belgium international has just over a year remaining on his contract at Stamford Bridge, and it has left Chelsea in a position where they must entertain a sale in the summer.

Real Madrid have been heavily linked with an approach for the 28-year-old, and it has been alleged that all three parties are moving closer to an agreement.

However, according to The Independent, Chelsea are yet to accept a bid from Real and are attempting to receive over £100m for their star man.

The report claims that Real still have work to do in order to make the breakthrough in negotiations, which are likely to continue over the coming months.
