Chelsea favourites to complete Isco deal?

Reports suggest that Chelsea have secured first option on highly-rated Malaga midfielder Isco.

Chelsea have reportedly secured first option on whether to sign Isco from Malaga this summer.

The 20-year-old has attracted interest from a number of top European clubs and Real Madrid were rumoured to have failed with a £13m bid earlier this month.

However, it now appears that Chelsea are favourites to land the Spanish midfielder, according to the Evening Standard.

Isco is believed to be seen as an ideal replacement for Frank Lampard, who is expected to leave Stamford Bridge this summer.

Chelsea midfielder Lucas Piazon will join Malaga on a loan deal this month.
