Reports suggest that Werder Bremen are keen on taking Romelu Lukaku and Kevin de Bruyne on loan next season.

Werder Bremen have shown an interest in Chelsea duo Romelu Lukaku and Kevin de Bruyne, according to reports.

The Bundesliga outfit are hoping to loan the Belgian internationals, who joined the Blues last season.

De Bruyne cost Chelsea £7m in January, but was immediately loaned back to Genk for the remainder of the season.

Meanwhile, Lukaku could not force his way into the first-team reckoning after his £20m move from Anderlecht last summer.

It is not yet clear whether the pair feature in Roberto Di Matteo's plans next season.
