The trio replace Gary Cahill, Andre Schurrle and Samuel Eto'o following the Blues' 2-0 win over Fulham.

Meanwhile, Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas has named the same side that won 1-0 at Cardiff City last weekend.

There is no place in the 18-man squad for Aaron Lennon or Danny Rose, both of whom are injured.
