Chelsea reportedly have five candidates in mind should owner Roman Abramovich lose patience and sack head coach Frank Lampard.
The pressure is growing on Lampard following a run of four defeats and a draw in the Blues' last six Premier League matches.
Abramovich signed off on £220m worth of transfers last year and the Russian is said to be ready to wield the axe if Chelsea's disappointing form continues.
Amid the speculation that Lampard's job is under threat, Bild reporter Christian Falk claims that Chelsea chiefs have drawn up a list of five possible replacements.
Thomas Tuchel - sacked by Paris Saint-Germain last month - is said to be one of the leading candidates to take over, while fellow out-of-work boss Massimiliano Allegri is also on the list.
Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers, RB Leipzig's Julian Nagelsmann and Ralph Hasenhuttl, who has earned big praise for his work at Southampton, are also being eyed up.
Chelsea are back in Premier League action on Saturday with a trip to London rivals Fulham.
