Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca makes three changes for Saturday's Premier League fixture versus West Ham United at the London Stadium.

Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca has made three changes for Saturday's Premier League fixture at West Ham United.

Last weekend, the Blues defied a strong performance from Bournemouth to prevail by a 1-0 scoreline at the Vitality Stadium.

However, rather than stick with a winning team, Maresca has opted to tinker with his first XI, introducing a fresh face into defence, midfield and attack.

Tosin Adarabioyo has been brought into the backline at the expense of Axel Disasi, the former Fulham man seemingly being used in the centre and Wesley Fofana moving into the right-back role.

Enzo Fernandez missed last weekend's encounter through illness, but the Argentina international is able to return to the engine room alongside Moises Caicedo.

Having provided the assist for the decisive goal against the Cherries, Jadon Sancho is rewarded with a start on the left flank at the expense of Pedro Neto.

Despite netting versus Bournemouth, Christopher Nkunku has to make do with a place on the substitutes' bench.

Meanwhile, West Ham boss Julen Lopetegui has made two alterations to the Hammers side that started the 1-1 draw with Fulham.

Lucas Paqueta and Crysencio Summerville have been drafted into the starting lineup, the latter featuring on the right with Jarrod Bowen moving into the centre.

Tomas Soucek and Michail Antonio are the players to drop down to the bench for this contest.

West Ham United XI: Areola; Wan-Bissaka, Mavropanos, Kilman, Emerson; Alvarez, Rodriguez, Paqueta; Summerville, Bowen, Kudus

Subs: Fabianski, Cresswell, Soler, Coufal, Antonio, Ings, Tobido, Soucek, Irving

Chelsea XI: Sanchez; Fofana, Tosin, Colwill, Cucurella; Caicedo, Fernandez; Madueke, Palmer, Sancho; Jackson

Subs: Jorgensen, Badiashile, Disasi, Veiga, Dewsbury-Hall, Neto, Mudryk, Felix, Nkunku
