Juventus will reportedly hand Maurizio Sarri a three-year contract, with Chelsea agreeing to allow their head coach to leave Stamford Bridge.

Juventus are reportedly on the brink of announcing the appointment of Maurizio Sarri as their new manager.

Sarri has just guided Chelsea to the Europa League - which represents the Italian's first trophy in the dugout - but there has been frequent speculation regarding the future of the 60-year-old.

Chelsea have also been linked with replacing Sarri, despite his successful first campaign at Stamford Bridge, although it has been previously suggested that the Blues were intent on receiving compensation to release the former Napoli man from his contract.

However, according to The Guardian, Juventus appear to have secured the services of Sarri after Chelsea relented with their financial demands.

The report claims that Sarri's agent Fali Ramadani held discussions on Friday in order to seal the switch for his client.

Chelsea could move for Derby County manager Frank Lampard - providing that Sarri leaves the West Londoners - while outgoing Juve chief Massimiliano Allegri also remains an option.
