Diego Costa will reportedly miss Chelsea's training session today as he continues searching for a new club.

Diego Costa will reportedly not be part of the group when Chelsea return to training today.

Manager Antonio Conte gave his players a few days off after returning to the UK following a pre-season tour of Asia.

Costa has been allowed to miss the Blues' preparations for the new campaign after Conte reportedly informed him via text message that he is no longer wanted at Stamford Bridge.

According to Marca, the controversial striker will not be at the Premier League champions' training base in Cobham today as he instead looks to sort out a transfer.

The Spain international is believed to be keen to return to former club Atletico Madrid, but the delay in striking a deal is leaving him impatient.

AC Milan have also been linked to the 28-year-old, who scored 20 league goals last season.
