Chelsea goalkepeer Petr Cech wants his teammates to keep voicing their opinions and fight for a winning mentality at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has insisted that his teammates should continue to express their opinion if they see a solution to problems at the club.

Reports of training ground arguments between interim manager Rafael Benitez and defender John Terry have been widespread in recent weeks, with the Blues skipper dropped for Saturday's 1-0 win over West Bromwich Albion despite being fully fit.

Cech believes that the bedrock of Chelsea's success in recent seasons has been strong characters in the dressing room and wants that to continue at Stamford Bridge.

He told The Telegraph: "We had a lot of success thanks to the honesty and open mind everyone has in the dressing room.

"Everybody should have a chance to express an opinion. This is why when we see something is going wrong people have the right to express themselves and say 'we think this is wrong, we should improve that.

"Obviously we have only one boss, that is the manager and it is up to him if he wants to listen to what the players say or find his own way to go through."

The Blues are locked in a fight for Champions League qualification and currently sit fourth in the Premier League.
