Chelsea defender Gary Cahill: 'We've got massive games coming up'

Chelsea defender Gary Cahill says that the team need to find form as they have two "massive" away games against Manchester City and West Bromwich Albion coming up.

Chelsea defender Gary Cahill has suggested that the team need to find form quickly as they have two "massive games" to take on in the coming weeks.

The reigning Premier League champions opened their new campaign with a 2-2 draw against Swansea City at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

Jose Mourinho's team finished the game with 10 men after goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois was sent off for bringing down Bafetimbi Gomis in the penalty area.

Next up for Chelsea are away trips to Manchester City and West Bromwich Albion.

"We've got two tough away games now," the London Evening Standard quotes Cahill as saying. "We always have difficult games at West Brom and Man City. We've got two massive games coming up. We need to keep going, keep digging in and make sure we get results."

Chelsea won the title by eight points last season.
