Rafael Benitez will reportedly remain in charge of Chelsea for their Premier League match against West Bromwich Albion on Saturday, despite his outburst.

Chelsea are reportedly prepared to stick with interim manager Rafael Benitez for this weekend's Premier League match against West Bromwich Albion.

It had been speculated that the former Liverpool boss could be given the axe today following last night's outburst at the club's supporters and the board for making a "massive mistake" by giving him an interim title.

Despite the controversy following the Blues' 2-0 win over Middlesbrough in the FA Cup fifth-round tie, it is understood that things will be "business as usual" for Saturday's match against the Baggies, according to The Mirror.

Benitez, who replaced Roberto Di Matteo in November, admitted last night that he will leave Stamford Bridge when the season comes to a close.
