Chelsea manager Rafael Benitez insists that finishing in the top four is the club's main priority this season.

Chelsea boss Rafael Benitez insists that the Blues' priority is still to finish in the top four, despite qualifying for the FA Cup fifth round on Sunday.

Goals from Juan Mata, Oscar, Frank Lampard and John Terry gave Chesea a 4-0 win over a spirited Brentford side.

Benitez admitted that he was pleased to go through in the FA Cup, but reiterated that the club's main aim is to qualify for the Champions League next season.

"The priority is to be in the top four, and if we can progress in the cup competitions until the end, then even better," Benitez told reporters after the game.

"But I try to concentrate on one game at a time. I have a contract until the end of the season.

"I'm very happy to be here and working with this group of players, and I will try to win every game and see what happens."

Chelsea sit in third place in the Premier League, four points behind Manchester City in second.
