Chelsea manager Rafael Benitez insists that he has the full support of his players at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea manager Rafael Benitez has revealed that his players have no problem with his conduct at Stamford Bridge.

Benitez is under pressure at Stamford Bridge after criticising the club's supporters earlier this week, but the former Liverpool boss has insisted that he has the support of his players.

The 52-year-old told London 24: "A lot of the players have been supporting me, telling me to carry on doing my job.

"I have a lot of conversations with players, and the majority of them say they are happy with the training sessions, the methods, the intensity."

Chelsea host West Bromwich Albion on Saturday afternoon, as Blues fans prepare to respond to the comments from Benitez in midweek.
