Demba Ba enjoying time at Chelsea, despite "tough" season

Demba Ba remains upbeat about his time at Chelsea this season, despite finding it "tough" at times.

Demba Ba has remained upbeat about his time at Chelsea, despite labelling this season as "tough".

Ba has been behind Fernando Torres and Samuel Eto'o in Jose Mourinho's pecking order at Chelsea, but the Senegalese striker is enjoying the campaign.

"I've had some tough periods but, at the end of the day, I know that football is what I love doing," Ba told The Telegraph.

Ba has led the line for Chelsea in recent weeks, scoring vital goals in both domestic and European ties against Paris Saint-Germain, Swansea City and Liverpool.

Chelsea will host Atletico Madrid at Stamford Bridge in the second leg of the Champions League semi-final this evening.
