Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has reportedly blasted the Blues' dressing room for their involvement in the dismissal of manager Andre Villas-Boas.
It has been widely reported that a number of senior players, including midfielder Frank Lampard, have not seen eye to eye with the Portuguese coach in recent weeks.
It is believed that Russian billionaire Abramovich personally warned certain players that they should expect "massive changes" in the squad at the end of the season, according to the Daily Mail.
Villas-Boas was sacked by the former Premier League champions after just nine months in charge.
The 34-year-old's former assistant Roberto Di Matteo will take the helm until the end of the season.
Former Blues boss Jose Mourinho and Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola have been touted as contenders for the permanent position in the summer.
