Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte has revealed that Eric Dier will be available for Sunday's clash with Chelsea in the Premier League.
The England international has not played a single minute for Tottenham since the New Year's Day victory over Watford, missing five games in a row in all competitions since.
Dier is reported to have been struggling with a combination of injury and illness in recent weeks but will be fit to return for the London derby, which is more than can be said for Son Heung-min.
"Eric Dier had a good training session for us and is available. Sonny not yet. We have to wait. He's coming along well but we have to wait until after the international break," Conte told reporters at his pre-game press conference.
"After the game against Leicester we are trying to manage a couple of situations, fresh injuries. We have tomorrow to make the right decision about a couple of our players."
Conte has admitted that Emerson Royal is more of an uncertainty, though, adding: "About Emerson, must be very clear that he started the game with a physical problem and I can only thank him for his availability. He was suffering a lot in the first half [against Leicester]."
Dier has started 18 Premier League matches for the Lilywhites this season and has now played over 300 games for the club - bagging 11 goals and 11 assists in that time.
