Ruben Loftus-Cheek ruptured his Achilles tendon while representing Chelsea in a post-season friendly ahead of the 2019 Europa League final. The England international has not yet made an appearance during the 2019-20 campaign and no return date has been set at this stage.

Lampard recently confirmed that Christian Pulisic would be on the sidelines "for a few weeks" having picked up an adductor injury during a training session ahead of last weekend's FA Cup clash with Nottingham Forest.
