How Chelsea could line up against Leicester City

Ahead of the game between Leicester City and Chelsea on Sunday afternoon, Sports Mole looks at how Maurizio Sarri's side could line up in the East Midlands.

Chelsea head into Sunday's Premier League fixture with Leicester City having already secured a top-four place in the standings.

Maurizio Sarri's side still have work to do in order to finish in third position, but the Blues have already guaranteed Champions League football for next season.

The West Londoners will be playing for the second time in under 72 hours, with extra time and penalties required to see off Eintracht Frankfurt in the Europa League semi-finals on Thursday night.

Below, Sports Mole predicts what starting lineup could be named by Sarri as he contemplates some rotation after the efforts of his team earlier this week.

CHEXI VS. LEI

Out: Antonio Rudiger (knee), N'Golo Kante (hamstring), Andreas Christensen (knee), Callum Hudson-Odoi (Achilles), Ethan Ampadu (back), Marco van Ginkel (knee)
Doubtful: Ruben Loftus-Cheek (cramp)

Andreas Christensen has joined Chelsea's growing injury list, with the Dane suffering a knee problem during the game against Frankfurt.

Cesar Azpilicueta is likely to move inside with Davide Zappacosta starting at right-back, while Marcos Alonso should come in on the opposite side of the backline.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek suffered with cramp against Frankfurt, and that will likely mean that Ross Barkley is preferred on the left-hand side of a midfield three.

Sarri has a decision to make regarding Eden Hazard, but Pedro and Gonzalo Higuain are expected to begin the contest at the King Power Stadium.
