Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca make eight changes for the second leg of their Europa Conference League playoff versus Servette in Switzerland.

Chelsea have made eight changes for the second leg of their Europa Conference League playoff versus Servette.

The Blues head into Thursday's fixture in Switzerland having established a 2-0 advantage in the opening encounter at Stamford Bridge.

On that occasion, Enzo Maresca made nine alterations to his starting lineup, and the Italian has taken a similar approach to the game at Stade de Geneve.

Enzo Fernandez, Noni Madueke and Mykhaylo Mudryk are the trip to retain their places from the 6-2 victory at Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday.

As expected, goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen replaces Robert Sanchez, while Axel Disasi, Tosin Adarabioyo, Benoit Badiashile and Renato Veiga play in a back four as they did in the first leg.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall will partner Fernandez in the engine room, with Moises Caicedo shaking off a knock to take his place on the substitutes' bench.

Christopher Nkunku will seemingly be deployed in a deeper central role behind 18-year-old striker Marc Guiu.

Josh Acheampong and Tyrique George - each of whom were selected for the club's pre-season tour of the United States - are named among the replacements.

Servette make two changes

Despite an encouraging display in West London, Servette head coach Thomas Haberli has made two alterations to his starting lineup.

Alexis Antunes and Jeremy Guillemenot have both been brought into the team in the final third, replacing Miroslav Stefanovic and Enzo Crivelli.

Chelsea XI: Jorgensen; Disasi, Tosin, Badiashile, Veiga; Fernandez, Dewsbury-Hall; Madueke, Nkunku, Mudryk; Guiu

Subs: Bettinelli, Sanchez, Cucurella, Colwill, Acheampong, Caicedo, Palmer, George, Jackson

Servette XI:Mall; Tsunemoto, Rouiller, Ondoua, Cognat, Antunes, Kutesa, Mazikou, Severin, Guillemenot, Douline

Subs: Frick, Besson, Magnin, Sawadogo, Baron, Srdanovic, Stevanovic, Von Moss, Ouattara, Weber, Crivelli, Simbakoli
