Chelsea midfielder Ramires has revealed that he was booked during yesterday's 2-2 draw against Barcelona for showing dissent towards the referee.
The caution has cost the Brazilian midfielder the chance to represent the Blues in next month's final against either Real Madrid or Bayern Munich.
Looking back at the incident, Ramires has insisted that he was only defending his teammate John Terry, who had earlier been sent off.
"I was annoyed, I was complaining to the referee when they scored their second goal," he told Globo Esporte. "I mentioned Terry's sending off, which he did not see. He did not accept my complaints.
"That happens, that is part of football. We all get nervous on the pitch, especially in a game like that. In any case, I will be in Munich to support my teammates."
Ramires was among the goalscorers at the Nou Camp.
