Bayern Munich captain Philipp Lahm believes that Franck Ribery could be the key to ending the German side's 11-year wait for Champions League glory.
The German giants were beaten by Inter Milan in the Madrid final two years ago, a game which Ribery was suspended for.
However, this time round, the Frenchman will be available to face Chelsea tonight. Lahm has said that having the forward in the starting lineup could make the difference as they head into the final.
"He is an excellent footballer and he is a player who can decide games, we all know that," said Lahm.
"He missed out two years ago so will be particularly motivated.
"He has already proven many times how important he is to us.
"We all have the hunger to win this cup and it will be a difficult task and Franck will make his contribution tomorrow for us to win."
29-year-old Ribery joined Bayern Munich in 2007 from Marseille.
