Former Brazil manager and captain Dunga has declared that Chelsea midfielder Oscar has the tools to become a top-class player.
Oscar scored a memorable goal from distance in midweek as the Blues overcame Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League.
Dunga thinks that Oscar has already begun to adapt his game to meet the demands of English football.
He told Corriere dello Sport: "He is really amazing, he will become a top player.
"Recently he has changed his style and has improved his build-up play."
The 21-year-old has four European goals in as many games for Chelsea since arriving from Internacional in the close season.
