Diego Costa: 'Zlatan Ibrahimovic is one of the best strikers ever'

Chelsea striker Diego Costa says that Paris Saint-Germain forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic is one of the best strikers ever ahead of their Champions League clash.

Diego Costa has said that Zlatan Ibrahimovic of one of the "best strikers in football history" ahead of Chelsea's Champions League clash with Paris Saint-Germain.

The first leg of the last-16 tie between the Premier League leaders and French champions takes place at Parc des Princes on Tuesday, with Costa available again after serving a domestic suspension.

The Spanish international told magazine Sport: "Zlatan is a beast. He is one of those players that I like because of his character and his quality.

"He is among the best strikers in football history. We all know how hard it is going to be playing against PSG. Most of their footballers play at international level. If we want to progress, we must do very well in both legs."

Costa played in the final of the Champions League with Atletico Madrid last season before moving to Chelsea in the summer.
