European champions Chelsea have been paired with French club Lille in the Champions League last 16.
Having finished second to Juventus during the group stages, the Blues had a 50% chance of drawing either Real Madrid or Bayern Munich in the first knockout round.
However, Thomas Tuchel's side avoided a showdown with a fellow European superpower, instead being given a two-legged tie against Lille.
The two teams are no strangers to each other having squared off during the 2019-20 group stages, Chelsea prevailing by 2-1 scorelines on both occasions.
Elsewhere in the draw, Manchester United were handed two clashes with Paris Saint-Germain, throwing up the chance of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi going head to head.
Fellow English sides Liverpool and Manchester City were given games with Red Bull Salzburg and Villarreal respectively.
