Celtic coach John Kennedy has revealed that the Scottish team are yet to decide whether to offer experienced forward Carlton Cole a contract.
Cole, 31, is currently a free agent after leaving West Ham United in the summer and has been training with Ronny Delia's side over the past week.
It had been reported that a deal between the two parties was close to completion, but Kennedy has said that there is currently no news to divulge.
"No decision has been made. He came in last week and trained well," Kennedy told reporters.
Cole, who started his career at Chelsea, re-signed for West Ham in October 2013 after initially leaving the club on a free that summer.
