Neil Lennon believes that fellow Scottish Premiership sides now treat Celtic as a "free game" because of the club's unbeaten streak.

The Hoops' victory against Kilmarnock at Celtic Park extended their run without a loss to 23 games and saw them pick up a 12th straight win.

"It is down to the standards players have set," the Evening Times quotes Celtic manager Lennon as saying. "Not only are we unbeaten, but we are on this great run of clean sheets as well.

"I would imagine the clean sheet run will go before the unbeaten run goes but they might go at the same time. It is something that we are very wary of.

"It is a free game for every team now, to come and have a go and be the team that ends the record or the unbeaten run."

The Bhoys brought in Leigh Griffiths on transfer deadline day, although midfielder Joe Ledley departed the club for Premier League outfit Crystal Palace.
