Ronny Deila's appointment as Celtic manager is reportedly edging closer after discussions reached an advanced stage.
The 38-year-old, who is currently Stromsgodset manager, emerged as the main candidate to take the position after Roy Keane rejected the chance to return to Parkhead.
According to BBC Sport, Deila flew to Scotland on Thursday to hold more talks regarding a compensation deal.
Deila, who guided the Norwegian club to the Tippeligaen title this season, is expected to be named as Neil Lennon's successor in the coming days.
