Cardiff City boss Malkay MacKay feels that his side were robbed of a penalty in their 2-0 defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion.
Referee Keith Stroud chose to award a free kick rather than a spot kick after Craig Bellamy was fouled by Brighton defender Adam El-Abd.
"Their player was inside the area and Craig Bellamy was on the line on his way in, and the ruling is that is a penalty," Mackay said.
"On the line is inside so unfortunately the referee got it wrong. I thought he had a good game tonight, but it was a key decision and he got it wrong."
Cardiff hold a five-point lead over Hull City at the top of the Championship table with 14 games left to play.
