Leicester City striker Leonardo Ulloa will reportedly rejoin former club Brighton & Hove Albion on an initial loan deal in the coming days.
The 31-year-old, a member of the Foxes' title-winning side of two seasons ago, was not included in Saturday's FA Cup squad for the 5-1 win at Peterborough United.
Ulloa is said to have been given the green light by Leicester to travel to the south coast and, according to The Argus, a short-term move is close to being finalised.
City wanted the Argentine off their books permanently, it is claimed, but Brighton were only interested in a loan until the summer when the situation may be reviewed.
Brighton have already moved to bring in striker Jurgen Locadia from PSV Eindhoven this month for a club-record fee, while Celtic's Moussa Dembele has also been linked.
