Preview: Brighton & Hove Albion vs. Yeovil Town

Sports Mole looks ahead to the Championship match on Friday night as Brighton look to get back into the playoffs by beating virtually-relegated Yeovil.

Brighton & Hove Albion can move back into the playoff places if they beat virtually-relegated Yeovil Town in Friday night's Championship fixture.

The Seagulls have disappointingly drawn their last two games against bottom-half sides Huddersfield Town and Blackpool to slip out of the top six and now will feel that victory is vital with just two games of the season left.

None of the other sides in the hunt for the top six has been in good form of late so Brighton go into this weekend's penultimate round of games just a point behind Reading in the final playoff place.

Oscar Garcia has no new injury worries and is likely to go with the same side that were held by Blackpool on Easter Monday.

Yeovil, meanwhile, are all but down. They go into the final couple of weeks six points adrift of safety and need a miracle to escape the drop.

Glovers boss Gary Johnson has conceded that his side is going down after their last-gasp defeat to Huddersfield and is now planning for next season in League One.

Like Garcia, Johnson has no new injury concerns and could go with the same XI that were cruelly beaten by the Terriers.

The reverse fixture back in October finished goalless at Huish Park.
