The Football Association has fined Brighton & Hove Albion £15,000 for failing to control their players in a match against Southampton last month.
The Seagulls have been handed the punishment for their reaction to Peter Walton's decision to award Southampton their second penalty of the match.
Their protests led to player-assistant manager Mauricio Taricco being handed a red card by Walton.
Southampton won the match at the St Mary's Stadium 3-0.
