Brazil will play Croatia in a pre-World Cup friendly at Liverpool's Anfield stadium this summer.

Croatia will take on Brazil in an international friendly match at Liverpool's Anfield stadium ahead of the World Cup.

For both teams, the June 3 fixture will serve as a warm-up for the finals in Russia.

Brazil and Croatia have met each other just four times in the past, with the last meeting between them coming during the 2014 World Cup.

Neymar bagged a brace as the Brazilians coasted to a 3-1 victory in their Group A opening fixture.

The summer friendly could see former Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho return to Anfield for the first time since leaving Merseyside behind for Barcelona.
