Saturday's Serie A predictions including Torino vs. Sassuolo

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Serie A fixtures, including Torino vs. Sassuolo.

Bologna vs. Empoli (Saturday, 2.00pm)

Starting a new era, having made a bold change in the dugout, Bologna welcome Empoli to Stadio Renato Dall'Ara on Saturday afternoon.

Having earned their first victory of the Serie A season last weekend, just days after Sinisa Mihajlovic's departure, the hosts will target three more points against winless opponents.

We say: Bologna 1-1 Empoli

After securing maximum points for the first time and installing fresh management, Bologna should have the edge over an ailing Empoli side - however, they are notoriously leaky at the back and their visitors remain competitive despite a winless start. Therefore, a score draw could be on the cards at Dall'Ara.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Spezia vs. Sampdoria (Saturday, 5.00pm)

Both stuck in the bottom six of the early Serie A standings, Spezia and winless Sampdoria meet at Stadio Alberto Picco on Saturday.

While, last week, the hosts lost their latest of three away fixtures against Italy's top clubs, Samp let 10-man Milan off the hook at Marassi.

We say: Spezia 1-1 Sampdoria

With only one win between them, confidence is low in both camps. As Spezia (10) and Sampdoria (18) are also two of the three teams with the fewest shots on target this term, expect a low-scoring Ligurian derby in which the spoils are shared.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Torino vs. Sassuolo (Saturday, 7.45pm)

Having both lost last weekend, Torino and Sassuolo meet in Serie A's Saturday evening kickoff at Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino, with an instant response in mind.

The hosts were pipped at the post by Inter to suffer a second defeat of the season, while their visitors were also beaten late on; extending a winless streak to four.

We say: Torino 1-0 Sassuolo

Torino tend to keep things tight at the back, and were within minutes of keeping Inter goalless last weekend; therefore, shutting out a struggling Sassuolo attack is within their capabilities - and they should score at least once themselves.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.
