Leicester City midfielder Michael Cain has finalised a loan move to Blackpool for the season.
The 21-year-old, who joined the Foxes' academy in 2011, is yet to make his mark in Claudio Ranieri's first team.
Cain made his senior debut in August 2014, but was then sent out on loan to League One club Walsall, where he made 38 appearances, scored three goals and reached the Johnstone's Paint Trophy final.
The midfielder has already had a training session with his new teammates, and manager Gary Bowyer is confident that he will add plenty to the squad.
"He plays forward and he wants to create something," Bowyer told Blackpool's official website. "I just felt that we needed that in the squad and he's settled in very, very quickly."
Cain was named Academy Player of the Year in the 2012-13 campaign.
