David Dunn signs a contract extension with Blackburn Rovers until 2013.

David Dunn has signed a new deal with Blackburn Rovers, the club have confirmed.

The 29-year-old midfielder will now stay at Ewood Park until 2013.

"Everyone knows that not only is David Blackburn Rovers through and through, but he remains a top player and a key member of our squad," manager Steve Kean told the club's official website.

"He has been at the top of his game over recent weeks and we are all delghted to see him extend his association with the club."

Dunn began his career with Rovers in 1998 before a return in 2007 following a spell with Birmingham City.
