Team News: Jordan Rhodes starts on the bench for Blackburn Rovers at Brentford

Striker Jordan Rhodes is dropped to the Blackburn Rovers bench, as Ryan Tunnicliffe starts away at Brentford.

Striker Jordan Rhodes will start on the bench for Blackburn Rovers in their Championship away game at Brentford this afternoon.

Rhodes is the only change from last week's defeat to Sheffield Wednesday, with midfielder Ryan Tunnicliffe taking his place.

Midfielder Jason Lowe is also on the substitutes' bench and could make his first appearance since August after recovering from a foot injury.

Brentford boss Mark Warburton has also made just one change to his side, with attacking midfielder Jota starting in place of Jon Toral.

The home side will be looking to put last week's defeat at Huddersfield Town behind them as they chase a seventh home game without defeat.

Brentford: Button, Odubajo, Dean, Craig, Bidwell, Douglas, Diagouraga, Pritchard, Jota, Judge, Gray.
Subs: Bonham, Saunders, Dallas, Tarkowski, Toral, Smith, Proschwitz.

Blackburn: Steele, Baptiste, Hanley, Duffy, Olsson, Conway, Evans, Williamson, Marshall, Tunnicliffe, Gestede.
Subs: Eastwood, Henley, Lowe, Dunn, Rhodes, Varney, Songo'o.
