Blackburn Rovers have sacked Henning Berg as their manager.
The decision comes just a day after the club were beaten 1-0 by Middlesbrough away from home in the Championship.
The defeat leaves Rovers seven points above the relegation zone in 17th.
"Blackburn Rovers FC has announced the departure of manager Henning Berg, assistant manager Eric Black, first team coach Iain Brunskill and goalkeeping coach Bobby Mimms with immediate effect," reads a statement on the club's official website.
"This decision has been taken following a very disappointing sequence of results. The club thanks the four men for their efforts and wishes them every success for the future."
Berg replaced Steve Kean as the Rovers manager in November, but could only muster one win and four draws from 11 Championship matches.
