Romelu Lukaku has been ruled out of Belgium's World Cup fixture with England due to injury.
On Saturday, Lukaku was withdrawn before the hour mark as Belgium recorded a 5-2 victory over Tunisia, and it was later revealed that the Manchester United forward had sustained an ankle problem.
With Belgium having already secured a place in the last 16, manager Roberto Martinez has decided to take no risks with the 25-year-old.
Lukaku will now look to recover for his nation's second-round clash, which will take place on either Monday or Tuesday.
Martinez is likely to ring the changes for Thursday's match in Kaliningrad, although Thibaut Courtois will retain his spot in goal.
