Bayern Munich chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has insisted that Robert Lewandowski will not be allowed to leave the Allianz Arena in this summer's transfer window.
Speculation surrounding the striker's future has grown after his agent Cezary Kucharski confirmed that talks had been held with Real Madrid over a move to the Bernabeu.
However, Rummenigge has assured Bayern supporters that the 27-year-old is not for sale.
"One thing I know for sure. Lewandowski will play at Bayern Munich in the next season. No-one must make thoughts about that," he told Kicker. "The decision is like: We will not give Robert Lewandowski to another club, no matter what they will offer to us. We have no breaking point at Robert."
Lewandowski netted 42 goals in 51 games for Bayern during the 2015-16 campaign.
