Franck Ribery hints at Bayern Munich contract hopes

Bayern Munich winger Franck Ribery suggests that he hopes to play his way into a contract extension at the Bavarian club after regaining full fitness.

Bayern Munich winger Franck Ribery has suggested that he is hoping to earn a contract extension with the Bavarian giants.

The France international has been plagued by injury in recent years, but the club veteran has hinted that he is aiming to prove his worth after regaining full fitness this season.

"Maybe I am here for two or three more years. I don't know what will happen. I have such good form, the rest will come," Ribery told Goal.com.

The 33-year-old's current contract expires next summer, when Ribery would have potentially served Munich for a full decade.
