Inter Milan attacker Ivan Perisic is reportedly on the verge of joining Bayern Munich on a season-long loan.
The Croatia international had been linked with a move to the Premier League before the English window closed.
Perisic has been involved in Inter's preparations for the 2019-20 campaign but is seemingly regarded as surplus to requirements under the Italian club's new boss Antonio Conte.
According to Sky Germany, Bayern have agreed a deal with Inter to sign the 30-year-old on a season-long loan with the option of a permanent switch at the end of the 2019-20 campaign.
Perisic, who played a key role in his country reaching the final of the 2018 World Cup, scored nine times in 45 appearances for his Italian club last season.
Bayern were strongly linked with Manchester City attacker Leroy Sane before a serious knee injury scuppered the German's proposed move to the Allianz Arena.
