Barnsley and Nottingham Forest couldn't be separated when they faced each other this afternoon, fighting to a 1-1 draw.

Barnsley and Nottingham Forest shared the points after a 1-1 draw between the two sides this afternoon.

Forest spent much of the first half on top and were rewarded for their pressure on the half hour mark when Garath McCleary's deflected effort gave them the lead.

Barnsley patiently probed for an equaliser, and it came ten minutes before full time courtesy of a Craig Davies strike.

Neither side could find the winning goal, both ultimately having to settle for a point each.

The result leaves Forest hovering just four points above the relegation zone, while Barnsley remain in 15th.
