Barcelona are reportedly interested in signing Sassuolo full-back Sime Vrsaljko in the January transfer window.
The 23-year-old, who is also said to be interesting Juventus, joined Sassuolo from Genoa in 2014 and has impressed in Italy since making the move from Dinamo Zagreb in 2013.
According to Calciomercato.com, Barcelona sporting director Ariedo Braida was in the stands for Sassuolo's Serie A clash with Lazio at the weekend and it was Vrsaljko that was the player being monitored.
The Croatian defender, who won four league titles during his time with Dinamo Zagreb, has appeared 13 times for his country.
