Neymar has reportedly held conversations with Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi over a move to Paris Saint-Germain.
The pair previously linked up together at Barca for four years and have been tipped to reunite next season.
PSG's players and staff members have done little to play down a move for Messi, much to the annoyance of Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman.
According to French outlet L'Equipe, Neymar has now gone a step further by phoning Messi to try to persuade his former teammate to join him in Paris.
Argentina international Messi failed in his attempt to leave Barca at the end of last season, but he is due to become a free agent in three months' time.
Neymar is under contract at the Parc des Princes for another 18 months, with talks over extending those terms ongoing.
