Barcelona are reportedly prepared to allow Ivan Rakitic to join Juventus before Monday night's transfer deadline providing that Federico Bernardeschi moves in the opposite direction.
Rakitic has been strongly linked with a move away from Barca in recent days, and Juve are believed to be interested in a late swoop for the Croatia international.
According to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, the Spanish champions have requested 25-year-old Italy international Bernardeschi in a straight swap for Rakitic.
However, Di Marzio claims that the Italian giants would want a transfer fee plus Rakitic in order to allow the versatile attacker to leave Turin before the transfer deadline.
Bernardeschi, who is capable of playing in a number of different positions in the final third of the field, has scored eight times and contributed 12 assists in 71 appearances for Juve in all competitions.
Rakitic, meanwhile, has not started a La Liga match for Barca this season, playing just 45 minutes of football in the club's three fixtures this term.
