Barcelona "delighted" with Dani Alves

Barcelona sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta says that the club are "delighted" with Dani Alves amid talk of a move for the Brazilian this summer.

Barcelona sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta has hinted that Dani Alves could yet remain with the Spanish side this summer.

It had been widely suggested that the Brazilian would be sold in the coming weeks following a series of disappointing performances last season.

However, Zubizarreta has claimed that the Catalan outfit are "delighted" with the right-back.

"We are delighted with Dani Alves. When he's back we'll talk to him. But we are delighted with him," Zubizarreta told AS.

Paris Saint-Germain are believed to be interested in the defender.
