Barcelona midfielder Xavi has insisted that the players are fully behind head coach Gerardo Martino.
The Argentine boss is widely expected to leave the Camp Nou in the summer even if he delivers the La Liga title, with Celta Vigo's Luis Enrique the firm favourite to take charge.
However, Xavi has said that talk of "arrivals and departures" can wait until the end of the season.
"It's all speculation. We are playing for the league and we can't think about that. There will be time later to talk about arrivals and departures," he told reporters at a press conference.
"I have a good relationship with Luis Enrique but we need to respect Tata. The coach is a great worker who we value a lot, more so than people outside the club."
Barcelona will win La Liga this weekend if they beat Atletico Madrid at the Camp Nou.
